The Process
The artistic process is characterized in different stages, each marked by its own style. The subject matter is on environments, from lush green hills and ever-growing fruit on tall trees, to still life work of fruits, crystals, and bottles.
Brush strokes are well defined, placing the viewer in an experience that would be a akin to a Salvador Dali, where time is not defined and the ephemeral nature is the only constant. Great care and attention to detail following form and function of light and dark supports the body of this work. It is greatly influenced by the religious culture in the southern region of Colombia.
